Placing Your Order

Adding items to your cart doesn’t reserve them – items are only reserved when payment is complete. We’ll send you an order confirmation email faster than a toddler can say “I want my hoodie!”

Order Processing

We pack each order with care within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way to your little one’s closet.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to fit your family’s needs:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping

Return Basics

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept items without tags or that have been washed/worn

Refunds & Exchanges
