Return & Exchange Basics
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept items without tags or that have been washed/worn
How to Return or Exchange

- Pack It Up: Place the items securely in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging)

Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping (we recommend using a trackable service)
- Exchanges: We’ll cover shipping costs to send your new items!
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
