At Kids Tshirts Zone, we want your little ones to love their new tees and hoodies as much as we do! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better – with the same care we’d want for our own family.
Our Happy Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached – just like when they left our nest!
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps (easier than getting a toddler dressed!):
- Contact Us: Email our parent-friendly team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our handy template below.
- Pack It Up: Place the items securely in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
- Ship It Back: Send your return to:

Return Shipping
For returns (not exchanges), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs – we recommend using a trackable service. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new items once we receive the original items.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item cost, minus original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchange Information
Want a different size or color of those adorable youth hoodies? No problem! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Items without original tags
- Washed or worn items
- Items damaged due to improper care
